Forgot your password? No worries - we got you covered. Check out these easy steps in order to recover your password:

  1. Go to Password Recovery Page
  1. Please enter the email address linked to your Trade Santa account that you are attempting to access, and then click on the "Confirm" button.

  1. You will receive an email containing a secure link from [email protected]. If you don't see it in your inbox, kindly check your Spam and Promotions folder. Click on the link provided, create and confirm a new password. Once done, you will be redirected to a page where you can set your new password. Finally, enter your new password and click the "Save" button to complete the process.

Please mind Caps Lock while you’re creating a new password!

IMPORTANT: In case you don’t receive the password recovery email please contact support using the chat bubble on the bottom right of TradeSanta page or via email: [email protected]

*If you are being returned from the password recovery page, it might be that your TradeSanta account has not been verified, please contact support in this case.
